Alfhedil, his nation was literally England. Not just the name, but the culture, society and [b]everything[/b]. And just using the name of a prominent real-life nation is by itself downright lazy and uncreative...
GreivousKhan didn't break any rules. He was reasonably polite and pointing out that in a proper fantasy world, there shouldn't be any blatant RL rip-offs... And that's that. You're causing needless conflict (thus breaking rule NR.2!)
