Mary's natural ability has always been to hide what she was, she could never be identified as a demon, angel or human for sure when she was in disguise only when she shown her physical traits of being a demon was when anyone found out. With this natural skill, she has honed in on it to more or less make sure the probability of being discovered as a demon was near the zone of 0 if she could and lived her life naturally as a human. To normal angels and demons, she appears to be a regular human however has air of something unnatural, while on the other hand with more powerful angel and demons they will definitely tell that she is no human however whether she is an angel or demon is up to debate.
