Cynthia is rather fast without her magic, but with her magic she has displayed the ability to fly at incredibly high speeds, as well as increase her speed to the point where she can only be seen as a faint afterimage.

Cynthia isn't very strong by herself. Thanks to her Dragon Slayer magic, she is stronger than she would be, but almost everybody can beat her in feats of strength.

Cynthia is incredibly intelligent, often winning her battles through wit and strategy where her own abilities cannot suffice, although her intelligence can sometimes take a backseat to her emotions.
