Xavier isn'r stupid, but his way of doing things is very straight forward and emotionally based. Sadly, this gers him into trouble more oft then naught, as when he followed Kuro to on his S-class mission. That was the opposite of intelligence, that was just plain stupidity.

Xavier has a realitive large amount of magical power and stamina, and though he lacks the skills to use them properly, in the future they could become quite the asset. He also seems to be able to recover more quickly in the darkm or at night.
