I still need to come up with two other dragons to complete my roster. I have few options that I could take however and my mind is circling with ideas. 

Question: There is only allowed two Elder Council members throughout the RPG, correct? I believe Lmpkio has one, but I am not sure if the other is taken. Any extra information on this matter would be helpful.
