She listened to his tale calm and passive as she simply listened. She couldn't empathise with him, but she could sympathishe was not entirely cold-hearted. She had seen his struggle in accepting himself, even if she had not cared for him at the start, and knew undertaking such a task alone would be trying in so many ways. She could not say that she agreed with his decision to spare the queen, more blood would be spilt as a result she was sure, but saw no reason to mention it now. When he lightened the conversation she followed his lead, finally walking into the cafeteria. "I have many friends. And yes, I suppose some of the time has been spent travelling to them. Mostly though I have just been.. entertaining myself. It's a big world, so many things to see and do." She said enigmatically with a small smile, clearly less forthcoming with the tales of her past couple of years.
"It is most certainly" Kaden said in agreement entering the cafeteria along with her. Heading to the line to pick up food he glanced at the clock for a moment, good they still had time to eat something before class. In truth it felt strange, after spending two years constantly travelling and only stopping when he was injured. Now he was back here, standing in a line as various students around himself and Kat made light conversations seem like such a big deal. It was odd, and it felt slightly unnatural after facing dangerous life and death situations. Turning to Kat he spoke again. "So did you ever figure out why exactly your father decided to disguise himself as that British actor Tom something. You know the one with all the fan girls?" He asked teasingly
Flood vanished into the crowd the moment Kagerou stepped outside grabbing Lee and shoving him out of sight of her, while Flood got knocked out of a window by a random student. He hit the floor and felt his bones snap. The scream of pain could be heard from the third floor, coincidentally where he just fell from. His bones started healing quickly and he got up and limped to the hallway where he pushed Lee. "This is why I hate and love my powers. The pain of bones mending at insane speeds is comparable to the worst pain you've ever felt, multiplied by five and divided by two. At the same tine though, I'm not dead!" He exclaimed as he made sure they were alone.
Lee didn't have time to respond as Flood suddenly grabbed him and hauled him away. Before he could react however the boy ended up tumbling out a window. Well he may have survived that fall. Will probably never be able to walk again but it wasn't Lee's problem. However much to his shock Flood shortly reappeared with a small limp Earning Flood had a healkng factor made the Thief grin a bit. "Impressive." He said crossing his arms. "And what exactly do you do in your free time if I may ask?"
