A string of lavish carriages suddenly ripped past the farmer, all of them headed by muscular looking men and tossing dirt up the path as they went. The head of the caravan held a smaller looking teenage boy that sat up just as they began approaching the large hotel, raised a trumpet to his lips, and blew a fanfare of near victory. Any monster who was the least bit involved in politics would know who this striking display of power belonged to. Five carriages past the doorway, they suddenly stopped. The door opened to the center carriage and out leaped a flustered looking woman. Not the Red Queen herself, surprisingly, but clearly some sort of handmaiden. She tittered up to the steps of the entrance and confronted the guard there. "Please, let me in!" She exclaimed, snapping open the Red Queen's invitation. "I am to announce the arrival of the Countess to his lordship!!" She looked like she'd been running a marathon. She was clearly blushing and snapped her hand to pull up the side of her beautiful, but more subtle gown.
