Apollo, you cannot just say your made up of many species. You have to describe each and everyone, and all of their abilities.  That means if one of them has a resistance to magic, has to be mentioned. Not just asspulled like you did with the Septonians. 

And wolf is correct. Any teleportation is either LOS or requires prebuilt expensive devices.
