[b]Known Information:[/b]

One of the original members of The Continental Management, Victor Aiden Mallory was expulsed from The Continental after a rather violent disagreement with other Management members. Though not much is widely known about the specific encounters, there has been much speculation over the necessity of his removal, and even of his possible death.

However, when a new organization began to gain traction in Philadelphia seven years ago, it was often suspected that the once-thought-dead Mallory was, in fact, simply relocated by Management, and left to his own devices.

Mallory is known as a cunning, but ruthless administrator, having taken just a small number of men, and wielding them with brutal efficiency, first like a scalpel, and then like a chainsaw to carve out his personal portion of Philadelphia. Several other organizations fell, but Mallory's stood strong, growing exponentially.

Not much is known of the man's ambitions besides simple power and greed, but his moves are often calculated, and usually laid out fifteen steps ahead of his competitors.

This is not a man to be taken lightly.
