I do actually have a few ways of getting rid of migrianss without pain killers. I use pressure points, there's a couple that are easy access, the well, for lack of a better word wevbin between the thumb and pointer finger, squeeze it. You might have to try a few times, or on the back of the neck theres a pressure point. I can't tell you exactly where. I just press until I feel better. Um. It takes away a good amount of the pain, but still leaves a headache. Mostly what I do, and I have had migrianss since I was a kid, is yes, shut myself away in my room, and basically say good bye to that day.
