I'd like for GMs to be able to toggle the recruiting state of their roleplays to tell players which roleplays they can join.

For example, the "Latest Roleplays" widget in the sidebar would be better if it showed only the latest roleplays that are open to new players.

Would these be sufficient:

- Full: Not currently accepting more players
- Open (Jump in): Just begin posting IC
- Open (Sign up): Must coordinate with GMs before posting IC (Read OOC rules for details)
