Definitely interested, though I'm somewhat hard pressed to see how character interaction would work. The way I see it, everyone's day to day lives would be, more or less, separate, only meeting up for brief moments either in The Continental itself or if they happen to be assigned to the same operation, something that I'm assuming is somewhat rare.
What I had planned initially was a crime syndicate who was looking to take down The Management. They hire mercenaries, who attempted infiltration at first, but proved to be far too easily sniffed out. Now they've begun to reach out to the assassins themselves. Some will have enough greed to win them over for a price, while others are loyal to The Continental. This lets us break The Continental's rule in a justifiable way, which is what makes the situation work, in my opinion. Such begins the erosion of trust within The Continental, and you've got your two sides and plenty of interaction opportunities. Seemed ripe for some excellent "us vs them" opportunities with strong stakes, and betrayals, double agents (for both sides), and other fun things which should create some useful roleplay situations.
