But you didn't. If you had walked up, the nurse had ran away or the guards had tried to intercept you it woulda been fine.

But you had the guards who weren't that far away unable to either stop you from going to the nurse, or stop the nurse from going to you. The Nurse also ignored everything to heal you.

I would have had you given medical attention anyway, it's not like I'm doing this to kill you off. 

Though you're assuming all the guards are just doting around instead of doing their job.
