Perhaps you could be the unit's designator so the Lincoln can get firing solutions from orbit and allow for bombardment, missile strikes, air support from bomber wings, precision supply drops, infantry drop pods(?).

If a networked interface with the Lincoln isn't your cup of tea, you could run an electronic warfare MAS like what I was initially planning in this RP. Being an AI, I imagine hacking into other MAS units and security systems would be quite easy. You could deactivate a leg or mask the unit's signatures from sensors or even start self-destruct codes.
