Lol I did consider that Alice could be the digital "eyes and ears" for the carrier, so maybe she could fill a duel role like that? Plus me and vietmyke talked about Alice being able to jump from computer to computer, so she could be able to upload herself to a Coalition computer and steal important data, but this would leave her MAS and body sitting ducks, and yall'd need to cover her. Tho I think if she'd be able to upload herself to Coalition computers, she'd have knowledge of their systems. Maybe that was programmed into her from recovered Coalition MAS's or something? But still, you're calling the shots, so no hacking if you don't want it

Yes it is~poi! And need to hide? Stand behind an armored walls :P EDIT:I'm tempted to slap another HMG on the Sovereign, just to make it an even 35 WT

@Kimiyosis okay, so keep in mind that I am currently on my phone, so formatting for this post may or may not be a little off. In regards to your character: you use both "his" and "her" in your character sheet, so you should go through and fix that. I don't think I'll allow the cybernetic eye to link up with computer systems. It may be programmed to specifically and her in the operation of her custom machine. Callsigns are nicknames given to pilots by other pilots in their squadron, and are neither official nor assigned by the top brass. Also "Calamity Queen" and "Calamity" are both a bit of a mouthful. Callsigns should be a short and easy to use, typically easier to use than someone's last name. IE. Brick, Wizard, Odin. All are short and sweet. -more feedback will be added here... -

I don't think I'm going to allow the hacking of MAS's, especially not the self destruction of enemy MAS's. While messing with sensors or targeting systems is something you could do with equipment, you can't really plug into another machine's system when it's completely separate. Also, it's not like every single MAS on both sides run like.. Windows.. They have different operating systems, so unless the AI was compatible with coalition systems, or at least able to learn coalition systems, hacking them would be out of the question.

There we go, my 4am mistakes have been shown! *is actually still half-asleep* I'll edit the cybernetic eye. Also, can I leave Calamity Queen as a nickname/title from her past, and just give her the call sign Echo?

I don't see an issue there. Alexis's codename is Fox for her cunning and strategic aptitude and Young'n because she's the youngest captain to serve the Lincoln. PS, Alexis doesn't know the latter nickname.

@Kimiyosis Continuing feedback... Wouldn't keeping only one eye open at a time ruin her depth perception? Also, she seems very... whimsical... Not necessarily befitting a military person, but at the same time her background as the child of a MAS developer I guess I can let it slide. Also, having her be the daughter of a MAS developer gives me a convenient reason to give the the squadron newer weapons sooner. Regarding the MAS.. How does it hold 2 primary weapons as well as a shield? Also include the ammo count for the Saviors, Aegis MG, and the Calamity system. You also make several mentions about 'Aegis Missiles', but have no Aegis Missile system.

@Howler I know you're still making edits, but more feedback: MAS is looking pretty good- keep in mind that plasma is not particularly slow, nor are they just gobules of liquid, they are concentrated bolts of powerful energy. I'm not sure if implying that plasma itself was slow, or just plasma of that power level. Either way this my comment on this is just trivial information. Your MAS has a lot of point defense. Keep in mind that I will allow you to install a full-scale autocannon to your MAS's arm or something as a weapon for only 1 WT, the main issue would be it having considerably lower ammo count than a full on primary weapon. So for example, if you wanted to ditch the .30 cal guns, I'd allow you to install 20mm autocannons or rotary cannons onto the Mosquito's arms, with like short magazine of 100-200 rounds or so. The suspension system as your MAS is currently built is not needed, your weight total is currently only 12/15, so by giving your MAS a improved suspension system you're just draining on its power. Also, I believe your MAS is currently without shields. Something I would definitely not recommend.

She'd be able to jump from computer to computer while onboard the Lincoln at will, because its a UEE ship, and she is designed for the ship and its team. She wouldn't be able to jump around to computers not a part of the ship. On the other hand, she would be able to just walk up to a Coalition MAS/Computer and have her android body physically plug her into the system, allowing her to gain control in that way. So she can hack enemy systems, but she has to physically get to the system- so this would happen during points in time when we're not piloting our MASs (which will happen). Also, just noticed this, but Alice has a lot more kills than I would like for someone who's only a 'year' old. The 30,40,50 kills you see the other pilots having are kills accrued over several years of military service. While I can understand an AI being naturally good at shooting down enemies, thats still a lot of dead machines in only a single year. -Myke casually just hitting everyone with a shitton of feedback because class is boring.

I love reading Myke's criticisms xD On the note of Alice plugging in. Do you think it'd be too far fetched for Alice's MAS to have some a sort of network cable aboard, so her MAS can plug into an enemy MAS and gain access from the safety of her mech? I wouldn't suggest it as a long range weapon, just a utility. On that note, it would protect from snipers. :P

I'll edit the references to the Aegis missile, that was when I was switching around names more fitted for other weapons systems. The primaries are never fired/ used together. She switches between them. As for her eye, generally if something important requires depth perception, she opens both eyes. Otherwise, she's consistently walking into tables. As for ammo..not sure how much the weapons would hold, aside from the artillery, which will be the same as the default one.

@vietmyke Yeah, I kinda wanted her to have gained her Ace by a year to drive home her efficiency? I can scale it down tho, but what number range would you think be appropriate? hehe, I also had this silly idea of Alice doing a fastball special with herself by jumping into her MAS while she's not in it, then pitching and jumping back into her own android body

@Kimiyosis so are the primaries kept on the machine's back or something when not in use? 200 rounds for each should be good. @PrincessOfNothing if you wanted to be realistic and efficient... I'd say something like.. 30-40 kills. AAnd that was sort of what I was telling you in pm. Since your character doesn't have an actual physical body- as the Android is just a machine she occupies- there's no need for the Android to be in the MAS while Alice fights. It's be much more efficient to directly control the MAS rather than control the Android that controls the MAS. the only reason you'd need to put the Android into the MAS is if you plan to dismount while on the field, even then the Android wouldn't have to pilot the MAS Edit: with that in mind, An excellent character development point for an AI would be it's sense of "self"

Alright, I changed it. And I understand, but I'm not sure. I kinda think the experiment she's a part of is more about making an android-housed AI that can manually pilot a MAS than a pair of bots for an AI to control? Also yeah, I explored a bit in her personality about how she's beginning to contemplate a sense of individuality, and I'm hoping at one point in-character to have her come to a conclusion over whether she's a true person like her human compatriots

Yup, next to the Calamity. Lasercannon requires ammo as well?

It'd also be hilarious for Alice to talk to crew members as a disembodied voice and startling them before she gets the idea that it's not very polite and uses her android body to go greet them in person.

Wes would out-awkward her. Talk about hoo-has or keep asking questions meant for Wikipedia. "Tell me everything, and I mean everything about rocket science, will you Alice?" By the way, Myke. What rank would our characters be? I'd guess for Wes, he'd be a sergeant and nothing higher cause he can't command shit.

Hehe, she totally did that at first. And now that I think about it, Alice probably would try to tell Wes everything about rocket science
