We've set up some history with Captain America & SHIELD as well as The Fantastic Four/Dr. Doom, but I think that's mostly it (and it doesn't mean players are discouraged). Originally I had designed an Alan Scott character as Green Lantern but I don't know if I have the time to do that additional plotline as well so that's why that's missing from the bulk of things.
