Makoto tried to wipe away the tears, all while smile crying. It was such an awkward way to cry and really, she was embarrassed to be seen in such a state. 

[b]"Yeah, I will be now."[/b] She mumbled, standing up to get a tissue for her running nose. [b]"I just wasn't expecting..."[/b] she paused, debating what to tell Katherin. Should she be honest? Would it be too much for the girl? Would she run away? Would Makoto herself be alright explaining things? [b]"Storm came by, she brought me everything of what is here except my backpack and what is in it. She rescued me from the streets after I had run away."[/b] Makoto explained, hoping that it was a good enough explanation for now. Makoto reached for another tissue, this time to try and dry her eyes. She was sure that they were red and puffy by now.
