I think it looks pretty good.  It's a pretty well known fact around our RPs (Shelton and I) that you would need some sort of visual for your character, besides just the description.  I'm not going to sit and like fight over it, since there have been people in the past that were just really serious about not having a pic for their character, but it helps for when he's not wearing his mask and stuff.

In short.  I'm not going to make you have one, but I would like for you to. :)
