That's a good headcanon, because that's who it is(technically). I figured with the chaotic history of Britain, along with the non-existent genre of rock, Bowie would have lived a very different life. This is what I made it into (though later on I plan to have him seen playing instruments and stuff. Still a musician at heart.)
