Well all the other talents were already used in Trigger Happy Havoc, Goodbye Despair or in /Zero.
The only reason why Lucky and ??? are recommended is because Lucky seems to be a recurring talent through there series (Neagi in THH and Nagito in GD) and ??? as well (Kirigiri in THH and Hinata in GD). Of course there is also Hope and Despair as recurring talents but they are always hidden talents.
