The stand power honestly depends on how well you write your stand, so long as it isnt overpowered like hell, you can have it, but if you feel like your stand power might be OP or the like, send me a pm on what standpower you have, and il see if its good, thoug subdued stands would probably be preferable.

As for the arrow, it technically is very similiar to the original universe, though not exactly the same, but borrows from much of the history, as for the ripple and vampires, i was concideing putting them into the mix at somepoint in the roleplay, so if you wanna be a ripple/stand user or vampire/stand user further on in the roleplay, you will, but il have to thinkabou how it can come about first.
