Well, let's just say Jack had chosen the wrong victim this time. Hisashi has a soft spot for children and teenagers. Seeing one getting beaten up pretty much set him off. Not that the crime he knew Jack committed would be any less severe if it was a 30 year old, he'd just be a little more calm, though I'd say Hisashi was already calm despite XD

EDIT: Not to mention, medical supplies don't come abundantly these days, so that set Hisashi off as well.

If it was Shane and the kid was a woman, he would've beaten Jack's face to a pulp :)
