Awesome questions. I expect the posts to be grammatically correct and about 5-10 paragraphs per post-if you guys would rather reach a consensus on length feel free to let me know. The speed of the RP hopefully will be steady and organic. I can't quite say how often per week-but definitely at the very absolute least once a week. 

As for tech I was largely hoping that someone would make a medical character so we could iron that out. I would say nanites are possible in this world-but only to the extremely wealthy. Were talking million dollar therapies. Bionics are a definite, but again in early stages of development/field test. Think of this era in time as the dawning of a new wave of technology. Everything is kind of at the jumping off point. Canadians are...well Canadians I guess. I would ally them with EU most likely.
