MAS's by standard have "thrusters" on their back, feet, and back of the legs, for movement, maneuvering, and counterthrust. Light and Medium MAS's are already capable of "gliding" across the ground as a primary mode of transportation. As for giving you improved thrusters for improved flight capabilities- Lights already have considerable flight capacity, I'd be more willing to grant you improved thrusters if your MAS had a tesla drive installed on it- because that would make sense, but as it stands, your MAS should be fine the way it is.
