[@Alfhedil] Ah, I think I just saw the claim you were referring to. It shouldn't be too much of an issue, as I don't truly need all of the land, and a second neighbor would certainly be interesting. I'll make sure to work out everything with Marra Mistborn and Celeste after I conjure up a relatively complete concept. Thanks for pointing out my potential neighbor's claim, as I hadn't noticed it beforehand.
