Younger Brother: Jon Connington is a little bit of an opposite to Theo, he's a great fighter using a battle axe but is quite dumb. He's 16 years old.

Skills: Theo enjoys sword play and archery and usually can hold his own in a sword fight but he isn't really special at these skills. Theo is naturally gifted on horseback, probably coming from his mother's side, especially when jousting is involved and as already won a tourney. He’s smart but isn't really interested in anything too academic. 

Weaknesses: Theo's main weakness is that he can be lazy at times, often putting work off until it’s vital to do. Sometimes he can be stubborn when believes he is right, taking a lot of persuading to change his mind.

Title: The Lord of Griffins Roost and The Young Griffin

Personality: This is actually Theo’s best quality, he can make a friend out of almost anyone and his bannermen and the smallfolk that are from his lands love him already. He is easy going, will be cool headed when it’s hectic, amazing at reading situations, has a good sense of honour and it takes a lot for him to get angry.

History: Since The War of the Five Kings ended, the Connington family have become the second biggest family in the Stormlands from Jon Connington being at the side of the young Aegon as he ascended the throne marrying Daenerys. 200 years later Theo Connington is now the Lord of the household after his older brother was executed for treason after paying an assassin to murder his own Father.

Before this happened Joseph was fostered by Lord Benjamin Tarth of Evenfall Hall, who knighted Theo. There were also four other boys who were fostered on the island along with him were he became good friends with all of them, along with Lord Benjamin’s son and bastard. Jamie Storm was Theo’s closest friend and travelled back to Griffins Roost were he became the captain of the guard.

Theo didn't want to become a Lord especially at the age of 19. He wanted to travel the world before he would of had to get married to a small Lords daughter and become a Lord of that house. He mainly wanted to travel to the north to see the wall and his mother’s side of the family. Also he hoped he could try and get a direwolf pup from a family in the north. He doesn’t really have time for that now, being too busy sorting everything out in his lands after his Father’s assassination. Since he moved back to The Griffins Roost, Theo has been in love with a handmaiden around the same age as him who looks after his sister and they have been seeing each other, but he knows he'll need to find an actual wife soon who comes from nobility like himself. For the past year his men have started to call him The Young Griffin.
