I would say the gigantic island/mini continent directly to my southeast, based off your rolls.

You've got a tiny military, so I would have had to/presently be your guarantor, and able to get there quickly. With the navy as my strongest branch, the close, big, island that is still off of the beaten path (hence your low tech rolls) would make sense.
