Pretty much this. Plus, I didn't feel like flat out fighting Bo. Light does have the governemnt at her back, so I'm pretty sure she has some bombs inside her pocket space, and well, she can live through explosions being a toon. I'm pretty sure bo can't. xD

Besides, he'd make for a good villain for people to fight.
