There are several points here that I find questionable.
- A confident, charismatic... doubting, harsh-on-himself pessimist. This is rather contradictory to me.
- I'm not seeing mention of Warriors in the bio, and yet your character's always wanted to be one.
- Why does he have a PokéLink, a device exclusive to Sengun, when he's from Sinnoh?
- Chimchar isn't available for collection at Ilex Laboratories.
- - All Pokémon chosen as a starter begin at level 5, rather than 4.

- Milotic isn't part of the Sengun Regional Pokédex, which leads me to question how it became the Huijara family crest.
- - I assume the bracelet in your character's inventory is the item along the lines of my suggestion for a meaningful possession. In which case it should be part of the Appearance section rather than Inventory.

- As a side note, I'm generally adverse to heterochromia in characters. It's not something that, in my experience, has added to characters in a meaningful way.
