Kai looked at Miichi as she came in late, sighing as she was in his squad as well. He then watched her as she took a seat next to him before smiling as well. "I agree." He whispered back before listening to the department head. "Ikebukuro?" He muttered under his breath. He knew the place well enough to know where to go and stuff. He also knew some people there and hopefully he could help them calm down.

He looked back at Miichi. "So, what do you think? I vote that we go on the mission." Kai said. "Ikebukuro isn't that far and I think our Enforcers are getting bored." He added with a smile. "I need your opinion on this Tachibana."
