Randy was the first to notice the fancy looking spider arm himself with a top hat and open fire his way. Luckily they were at a far enough distance and the boxing glove was a bright red, providing him with just enough time to react to. He quickly ducked behind Trainer as the first glove whooshed overhead and to the right. The suit of armor jerked his floating helmet in a rotating motion to view the passing glove in what could be interpreted as surprise, although being just a helmet rather than a face it was even more hard to tell than a spider, and as an artificial program he didn't experience emotions like humans anyways. Trainer's helmet turned back to follow the trajectory to it's source, only to see a second glove about to collide with his chest and leave him no time to do anything about it besides brace for impact. Randy placed both palms onto the cold metal of his back to help him out in this endeavor, magically increasing his body weight to make himself an even more effective brace. He gritted his teeth and was flung backwards from the force of the blow, but luckily Trainer was able to maintain his footing with only a slight shuffle backwards. Randy crawled to the uzi that had clattered to the floor while Trainer surveyed the enemy formation more carefully, making sure to get between the attackers and Randy to help protect him while in this vulnerable state. Meanwhile, Mywt stopped dead in her tracks as she caught sight of spider duo ahead of her. Out of all the witch's familiars that were out there in the multiverse, such as black cats and crows, spiders have got to be the worst possible of the list. Spiders were one of the main things placing doubts in her mind about becoming a witch in the first place, and even then that was when the spiders would be on her team. In this case these two enemies were likely plotting her imminent demise and were beyond frightening, especially that freaky female one. With trembling legs she began to black up instinctively, not even noticing the "hero" approach her until he spoke out. She let out a startled yelp and turned to face him. "That's the guy I was warning you about just now. Were you even listening?!" Re'Chrid the grasshopper said in an exasperated tone. In her four hands were four swords pointed at the intruder (although technically she and her friends were the ones intruding). Mywt shook her head vigorously, still honestly worried about the spiders. Her defensive spell dissipated. "I'll keep the evil spider gal busy for ya," Wrath suggested with a wink. He made sure to make his sailor coat flow epically around him as he spun to the direction of his target and rushed out to meet her, avoiding some of the Big Bad members in the process while others intentionally let him pass in order to watch the fight unfold. He wore badly ripped jeans and brown colored high traction work boots that went up to mid shin level, although due to a lack of wounds the Big Bad members assumed that such damage to his attire must have already been done before him making his way into this labyrinth. So this guy probably had terrible fashion sense or was too cheap to buy a new pair of pants. Or both. After he made it to around three of her body lengths away, the immediate area cleared out of all other combatants, he raised his anchor gun at her humanoid body. "Hopefully I will suffice, my pretty," he called out to her calmly, quite unlike Mywt's reaction. "I'll have you know that I have a rather peculiar set of fetishes, and although spider women might not necessarily rank near the top, let's just say that I can appreciate your elegance and mature beauty," the way he said this made it clear that he was at last partly meaning what he said rather than just stalling for time. "Although I believe myself to be more powerful, one such as yourself deserves a fair shot at making me her prey, so I accept your challenge for a one on one. Ladies first...." He nodded for her to make the first move. Back with Mywt and Re'Chrid, the grasshopper warrior sprung off of Mywt's head and onto a magical turtle shell made of purple energy that she ordered Mywt to create and send heading off into the direction of the fancy spider. Mywt couldn't even look at the spider for very long, but did manage to peak through her fingers just long enough to get the job done. Due to the circumstance this was the matchups that had to be, as Re'Chrid quickly determined. The grasshopper was larger than the spiders at their boss's feet, feeling like a giant at long last, although she couldn't put too much focus on them. Sure they could do major damage on her if they swarmed her, but she'd be in the air most of the battle in order to fight the more imminent threat. In a surprise move she didn't leap off to attack immediately upon closing the distance as she bluffed to start jumping, instead keeping squatted down again on the shell as it barreled through the spider hoard. She's swipe away any that somehow managed to get onto the shell in time to avoid getting squashed while keeping her eyes on the being above her. If he didn't move away she'd be sent sliding between his legs. Just as she passed by would be when she'd leap upwards and hack at the back of his neck in one fluid motion that would end his life almost instantly. If he did any maneuvers to counter her plan then she'd be forced to quickly spring away to dodge him before regrouping with another plan. Mywt recovered some of her bravery knowing that the spiders couldn't do anything to her while her allies were fighting them. This allowed her to put focus on the man in front of her and answer him. "Make me," she said, although still didn't sounds very threatening despite trying to. She raised her want and sent out some more of her purple energy at him towards his center of mass. If it hit him it would be like getting slammed in the gut by a fist. If it knocked him down then she could use the time to ready some more powerful magic. At the other side of the room, Yurzia made a tsk sound as he saw the ice magic come out to intercept his advance. How troublesome that he'd be up against such a person. He made up his mind to kill this elf woman first. The fire in front of him went out and he rushed to the right of the ice, sending a fireball her way to hopefully kill her before she could move the ice around to intercept him again or keep the ice going. If her ice was long lasting and easily controllable then she'd likely stop this attack as well, in which case she may have the advantage in magic types, as much as he'd hate to admit. Of course he'd never admit defeat in the battle until he was dead (even then of course it would be impossible to admit defeat), so it was just a minor setback on his path to victory. Gunhildyr put away her bow and got out her broadsword again, eyeing her target; the wounded large demon. Although she normally enjoyed fighting her foes at their full power, this being was seemingly very powerful already and still very much worthy of her attention. She didn't try to conceal her advance, her feet thumping hard against the floor as she rushed forward, delivering a war cry. Although he was tall, so was she and she made a swing able to cleave his head from his shoulders should he not stop her. Near the back of the formation, Vyrdia chastized Liev, "Hurry, you big oaf," as they slowly made their way towards the enemy. It appeared that the group they were heading towards had already lost interest in them, if they had any to begin with, and were heading off somewhere else faster than the armored giant could move. "That way!" Vyrdia continued, tapping him sides and pointing with her guns. "They'll be somewhere else by the time I reach!" Liev protested. "Grr...just...just keeping running! We'll get there eventually!"
