This is a universal hyper-minimal app format for all needs.  If you need to make sub-categories, go ahead, however I am keeping app sheets minimal here.  I'd rather people use them to express what they'll being RPing as instead of feeling like they're applying for a job in what is a hobby.

Also, here's a separate sheet for lore additions and tech you want to elaborate on without clouding your main app with details of tech-
