Alright, so I've had this error reported to me recently once before. The actual text ("Loading 2015 modules") is just a little funny bit I threw into the widget around New Years and haven't gotten around to changing yet. More worryingly, it seems like this whole getting stuck on the loading page is a potential issue.
I don't know why this happens or how to fix it unfortunately, all I'd say is keep trying as it seems that people can get on eventually.
I'll update if I learn anything new.
