Background: Hayden lived his life as a normal school boy, considered by some to be an athlete. He couldn't have asked for a better time, his grades were good, and his wrestling career looked like it would actually go somewhere. However when the world as he knew it fell to chaos he at first struggled at his families side. As the world came under the rule of various aliens his family did what it could to survive, and to survive they had to make a reason for them to stick around. His family had begun offering 'protection' for those who could pay, they took in the crippled and the weak as long as their families could provide certain necessities.
