I'm pretty confident that he'd get a better place than a floorspot under the stairs for two rodlin ... unless the barkeep can tell he's foreigner and decides to rob him blind. Or perhaps the bar is full already and the barkeep would scoff something along those lines? Or he'd offer to throw out someone who only paid one rodlin? How'd I know?

I'd figure the most reasonable thing to do would be to simply cut the post short where he drops the coins on the table and let Jack handle the rest, as he said he would. His NPC's and all.
