Thats a really cool stand idea. I just need to point out something that is no fault your own, having no knowledge of the series will do that to you, but Stands are essentially further developed stages of 'Ripple'...analogous to Ki from DBZ, Chakra from Naruto...etc etc. So a stand with a personality or even knowledge greater than its user is unheard of because it is just the user's spirit given form.
