Chariot of course may have had his will be formed from the arrow, but BIG and Anubis were both stands that had masters. If they were just manifestations of mental energy without a will they would have faded away like most other stands. There's also mention of stands being hard to control and stuff,like Star Platinum being violent or Holy's vine stand.
