At first Lennox's ability will halve the the abilities he imitates. However, I was hoping he would be able to grow stronger and only reduce it by 25%. 

Yang's is more absorbing damage and using it against her opponent. For rosalia think hulk with a wider range of emotion, but without the added gamma abilities, like healing, etc. But she still does have ridiculously good senses even for a faunus. Most noticeably her eyesight which makes her the best sniper. Well of our group.
