I chose Route 13 on purpose because it was a bit off from Reversal Mountain, and the difference would have been a lot more distinct (since they could simply just bring him back). It won't completely fit, though I can change it. 

I didn't want to do Celestial Tower either, because it was too far off the coast and probably isn't much of a "tourist" location.

Edit: Small change done to app. Changed location.

Also, the reason a bunch of people are packing money is because of they're basing it off recent Generation prices...and the player in Gen V and VI usually starts with $5000, if I'm not wrong.
