He had been inspecting the backroom as the others cleared the main rooms, and soon they learned nothing was to be found here. Alex found himself a pencil and notepad, and in a whim he decided to keep it. He also decided to keep the first page of scribbles made up of prizes, named and phone numbers for some reason he didn't quite understand himself. He didn't want to try and make himself believe that the world wasn't turning to crap. He came out of the other room to find Cody and Zoe looking at a weird setup of items on the counter. He arrived just in time to catch Cody's latest sentence, and slowly he started nodding. They were onto their prey.
