I kinda of already reserved Japan for myself.

You can take any nation you please, I am hoping though that since a majority of the "blue coal" is in Asia and that Asia is implied to be coming a powerhouse that a bit of focus will be redirected away from Europe, as Europe tends to be heavily concentrated on in NRPs.
