Looks fine, besides the following (I think I should be addressing Deadpool for these):

1) Just take into account the the X-Gene has been recently 'discovered' (or at least that it the perception in the public).  While I'm fine with secret agencies, like Weapon-X and S.H.I.E.L.D. having prior knowledge, just make sure to take that into account.

2) Deadpool, I'm not ErsatzEmperor. :hehe So you [b]FAILED[/b]!

3) [joking] Deadpool, you may not go killing off the characters of this universe.  If you try, just note that the Friendly Neighborhood Spider-Man might be godmoding you like no other.
