I have a question about technology. In 1866 Ironclads were fairly new, brand new even, and breech loaded weaponry just got introduced. Wont it be odd to already have tanks and mechs stomping around on the battlefields instead of cavalry? And I also read about a radio proposal. Wont it make more sense to start out with the telegraph? Because the inventor of the Radio, Guglielmo Giovanni Maria Marconi, isnt even born yet :P

Just my thoughts on it, since it was asked.

EDIT: And Heinrich Hertz, the guy who discovered radiowaves, was born in 1857 and I dont think he was so talanted that he discovered them at the age of 9 :)
