Rowan caught his arm, and twisted it then in one movement took off what was protecting Shadow's face and slammed his fist down on his face  a few times, then got up and started stomping Shadow's chest, then to his face, " Now take me to Celaena or i'll dangle you off a castle wall  " he commanded, and sheathed his sword and outstretched his hand to help him up 

Celaena stood at a Market Stall, she was trying to buy fruit but didn't understand what the owner was saying, so she stole the fruit and ran into a group of people, she was gone, she looked at the Apple she stole and took one wholesome bite out of it, it must have juicy as she felt juice trickling down her jaw-line, "Mmmm" she murmured enjoying the apple.
