Well... 
Rosalia comes from a working class family who lived in a somewhat rough neighborhood. Most were nice, but there were also a fair amount of faunus haters. Ummm... More stuff, but I actually need to gather my ideas and stuff. Some things I'd like to leave for the IC.

Lennox lost his parents young, his weapons were actually both of their's. And I know they seem like daggers, but there's actually bigger, so they're more swords. He's worked hard to learn to wield them as they belonged to his parents. I think I wanna have a part where they break or something and he actually needs to make his own. His parents weapons also have a dust function where they gain power ups by use of ice and fire dust (If he could actually his hands on more as he has none. The blue(his mother's), the red(his father's). They were hunter and huntress. They died and he ended up living on the streets. So you know. He grew up. So yeah. Learned to survive and stuff through imitating and mimicking others. Which is partially why his semblance fits him so well.
