Kalin smiled as he walked out of the city. he had left that stupid kid laying in the street bleeding out. even if the kid lived through that he wouldn't make it out of that city alive. he knew that he was good and clear now that Shadow was dead.

Shadow groaned and then opened his eyes. he saw the sky but also building close to his sides. why was he in an ally. he sat up and growled in pain. he stood up and then walked out of the ally. looking to the sides he saw that someone just put him in the ally next to the street. he slowly made his way into the closest building and sat down against the wall. he let his head fall and looked at the ground. all this time the one he thought had saved him was the one that had doomed him in the first place. the tears the fell from his face were not his choice.
