Tsumiki looked extremely relaxed, feet propped on the seat in front of him and leaning back in his chair. He deftly turned a coin between his fingers, only pausing for a moment when a familiar presence seated herself next to him. "I was begining to worry about you, Frosty. What, did you get caught up in another petty squabble?" He flipped the coin from one hand to the other and continued playing with it. with his free hand, he patted Ria on the shoulder. "You know, you really should leave criminals to Judgement. That's kinda what we're here for. If I had any proof of your vigilante tendencies, I'd be forced to give you an official reprimand." He stopped moving the coin again, catching it between his thumb and forefinger. He seemed to concentrate on it for a second, then dropped it into his palm. "Nope, still nothing." He kicked his feet up and put them on the floor, leaning forward so his elbows rested on his knees. "You could just join Judgement you know."
