Hmm, for the orbital holdings, I would be fine with the mars one being pre terraformed with Mars being already a site that we want to explore today. With Jupiter, the settlements can't be that large, but it would be ok for a small one to be on the planet.
Also with African holdings, don't take southern african areas, but places just as Algeria, tunis, Egypt, etc are fine.
