Anderson walked in, smug and well-groomed as usual. He looked over at Judgement student and gave an evil smirk, receiving an angry growl back. While it was common knowledge that Anderson wasn't just his looks, most people din't know past that and those who did had a tendency of not talking about it. To him, information was power, the power to bend the will of even the strongest men. Something he did when he first arrived in the city, he blackmailed and bribed enough people in power to make he nearly untouchable, not even Judgement or Anti-Skill could go after him. His plans had proceed smoothly, but too slow for his tastes. [i]Screw it[/i] he thought to himself as he took notice of black haired boy and (after he took a look in one of his many small books) recognized the boy as Ray, [i] First catch of the day. [/i] He walks over over with long strides and taps the Magician's shoulder, "Want to play a game?" [hr] Kazeno had been busily making eddies with his power, not much else to do. Nobody came to him and he didn't feel like seeking anyone out. He spread his body over several chairs and looked up. He had the urge to kill a bunny for some reason [i]Chi Ni, stop it.[/i] "Stop what?~" [i]Trying to get to kill something.[/i] "I'm not put those thought into you, they were already there, I'm just showing them to you." [i]Chi Ni, do me a favor and shut up.[/i] Kazeno put his headphones on as the electronic music began to flow. Eventually either Chi Ni's voice was blocked out or she stopped talking, either way, just fine by Kazeno's standards.
