 eons, the Stars have lived in the heavens, idly watching Earth. Every so often, for reasons unknown, a Star would fall. Upon landing on Earth, they would take a human form. In the past, these Fallen Stars would integrate into human society and could exist happily alongside them. But in recent decades, a group of humans have banded together and become Star Hunters. They track and capture Fallen Stars and perform gruesome experiments or kill them for sport.

The Stars are strange beings possessing a strange magic. Like Stars do in the heavens, the Fallen Stars will glow brightly depending on their mood at the time. If the light becomes intense and bright enough, it can vaporize those near them. Fallen Stars are also lighter than humans, being able to jump long distances and run faster. They also each have an ability unique to them. No two Stars bear the same special ability.

The year is 2015. The Star Hunters have been hunting Stars for fifty years now. There hasn't been much chance to refine the art, as a Star will fall only once every decade or so. But suddenly, five Stars fell all at once. They landed somewhere within a large city located near the Star Hunters base. The Hunters numbers are few, so only three have been dispatched to hunt the Stars. Meanwhile in the city, five humans are located very close to where a Star fell. These humans may offer aid to the Fallen Star, or perhaps simply ignore their presence. Only time will tell.
